Technicians use My Jobs to work on assigned repair orders and inspections.

Use My jobs in the labeled sidebar to return to your queue. On a smaller screen, open the header navigation menu for the same destination. Check the tenant and branch scope before work; the menu keeps technician tasks separate from staff management and billing workspaces.

Common tasks

  • Use Now, Next, and Blocked in My Jobs. Search by plate, job reference, vehicle or service across all your assigned jobs; choose Refresh for the latest changes.
  • Open a repair order and review vehicle, service package, instructions, and current status.
  • Choose Start inspection for a checked-in vehicle to load its service checklist. Review the customer concern, complete checks and record findings. Failed saves keep your entries.
  • Upload general evidence through the inspection-level control and attach finding-specific evidence only to its finding. Received uploads remain pending safety verification until available.
  • Submit inspections when evidence is ready for advisor review.
  • Choose the available next step, such as Start or resume work or Send for quality check. If a vehicle returns for rework, read any instructions from the Quality Controller first.

Technicians do not manage tenant settings, invoices, fleet billing, staff roles, or support queues. If a job is missing, the Branch Manager or Service Advisor should check assignment, branch scope, and repair-order state.

Blocked work remains visible without inventing a cause: Waiting on customer belongs with the Service Advisor’s approval follow-up, while Waiting on parts does not by itself identify a specific shortage. Technicians should not work around either state by changing unrelated data.
