Role Overview

Motornauts uses role-specific access so each user sees the work they are responsible for. Tenant staff roles are separate from customer roles and fleet roles.

Each handoff is still governed by tenant scope, permissions, feature modules, workflow state, and audit evidence.

Within one tenant, a staff member has one effective staff role across all selected branches. The same role may cover multiple branches, but one membership cannot hold simultaneous roles. Tenant Admin is all-branch by design; other tenant staff roles use their selected branch scope.
