Tenant Branding
Tenant branding lets each service center present its own identity without custom code.
Branding surfaces
| Surface | Examples |
|---|---|
| Tenant landing | Workshop name, support details, service highlights, and registration entry points. |
| Customer portal | Tenant logo, customer-facing copy, support contact, and vehicle/service presentation. |
| Documents | Invoice PDFs, estimate PDFs, inspection PDFs, service-history PDFs, and logo assets. |
| Notifications | Sender identity and safe customer-facing event language where provider readiness exists. |
| Custom domain | Verified customer-facing domain routing. |
Tenant brand colors should not replace semantic status colors for success, warning, danger, or info.
The Ignition tenant landing uses the tenant’s safe logo, name, derived customer signal, introduction, booking terms, support contact, and up to four published branch contacts. Ink remains the primary action color. Book service and Customer sign in always pass through the tenant customer-login route; Register appears only when reviewed public intake is available. Branch cards do not expose opening-hours data or claim live capacity. When more than four active public branches exist, the page states exactly how many are shown out of the public total.
Previewing your changes
In Settings > Brand and support, choose colors with the color pickers or enter hex values. Name and color previews update before saving. Save when both customer color modes look right. Changing the tenant slug opens the new address after saving; update your bookmarks.
Uploading your logo
In Settings > Brand and support, upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP logo, choose its crop, and complete the upload. Once processing finishes and Current logo shows the image, the tenant landing page, customer sign-in, registration, and portal use the latest available logo. Reload an already-open customer page to see a replacement. No separate homepage logo setting is required. If no logo has been configured, the header shows the tenant’s initials.
If the image is still missing, check that the upload has finished processing and that you opened the same service center’s public page. Retry an upload only if it reports a failure.
Document logos
Tenant Admins manage Invoice, Estimate, Inspection report, and Service history layouts under Settings > Document templates. Each document exposes only its supported blocks and variables. Select only a verified available logo; upload and crop work remains in Brand and support. The synthetic preview contains no live customer record. Choose Preview current edits to see the actual sample PDF before saving; Download sample PDF works when inline display is unavailable. Saving creates a draft, while publishing creates an immutable version for future server-rendered PDFs and does not regenerate existing files.
