New to this role? Follow the first-day checklist.
Use your workshop’s customer portal to book services and follow your vehicle’s progress.
The labeled sidebar opens Home, Book, Bookings, Services, Approvals, Garage, Invoices, History, Notifications, and Profile. On a smaller screen, open the header navigation menu for the same destinations. Confirm the service center name and vehicle plate before acting. You can view only the vehicles and visits available to your customer account.
Common tasks
- Sign in with the verification code sent through your workshop’s customer login.
- Keep contact details current in Profile. In Garage, search by vehicle plate and review or edit your vehicle details.
- Book an available service time, then follow its confirmation and progress in Bookings and Services.
- In Approvals, review the service package charge, each proposed additional item and the projected total before accepting or declining work.
- Open a visit to read its service updates and inspection report. Download the report when it is available; if a download fails, you can still read the visit information on screen.
- Use History to review your service visits, newest first. Open View visit details for the full visit. After delivery, Give feedback appears when feedback is available; it disappears after you submit your response.
- Check Notifications for saved updates and links to the relevant booking, approval or invoice. Appointment times use the branch’s time zone; the inbox labels its time zone. Marking an update as read changes the inbox only, not the delivery status of an SMS or email.
Your portal shows customer service updates. Internal workshop notes and staff rework instructions are not shared here. Report access can change if a vehicle is no longer linked to your account. Signing in as staff or a Fleet user in the same browser does not change your customer account.
When online payments are available, PayHere hosts the payment-entry step. After returning, check the payment result or invoice balance before making another payment. Check status or Check status again refreshes the result without submitting another payment. A return from PayHere alone does not confirm payment.
If a payment link has expired or no longer opens, sign in to Invoices or contact the service center. If refreshing a payment page loses access, reopen the original link. A paid invoice with zero balance needs no further payment, even if an older online attempt still appears in its history.
