Customer Workflow
The customer workflow connects the vehicle owner to the service center from registration through feedback.
Use the labeled sidebar, or the header navigation menu on a smaller screen, to open Home, Book, Bookings, Services, Approvals, Garage, Invoices, History, Notifications, or Profile. The menu keeps complete queues directly reachable; Home remains a summary of the work needing attention. The Home shortcuts open each full list. Garage, service history and invoice counts show totals; bookings, active services and approvals use task descriptions rather than partial counts.

Request customer access
When a service center accepts public registration, open its Register link. Only one step appears at a time; Continue checks the current step before moving on.
- Your details: first name, last name, email and phone. Expand Add an address — optional for address lines and city.
- Your vehicle: registration number, type, make, model, year, fuel, transmission, mileage and ownership. Expand Additional vehicle details — optional for chassis, engine and nickname.
- Review & agree: check the summaries, read the published service-center terms, choose the required acknowledgement, complete verification and submit. Marketing consent is separate and optional; neither consent starts selected.
Required fields say “required” in text. Choose the make from the Motornauts catalog and enter the registration number exactly as used on the vehicle. Back and summary Edit actions retain entries. Errors return to the relevant step and open an optional section when it needs correction. The draft stays only in page memory: refreshing or leaving clears it, and moving between steps does not send a registration request.
The request does not create a login, customer account, vehicle ownership, or portal access by itself. A successful page says only that staff received the request for review. Do not submit again while waiting; the service center privately checks duplicates, ownership, branch routing, and any existing customer access. Use Customer sign in only after the workshop confirms access or if an account already exists.
If verification is unconfigured, the form is replaced with the service center’s safe contact options. A validation or temporary submission failure keeps ordinary form values on the page, but bot-verification proof is cleared and must be completed again. Expired verification also needs a fresh check. Choose Retry verification if the check fails. If it cannot load at all, check your connection and choose Reload page; reloading clears the draft. Contact the service center if verification continues to fail. Public error and success states never expose request references, internal customer or vehicle records, readiness evidence, or backend diagnostics.
Request a booking
The customer workspace keeps its usual navigation. Book guides you through Vehicle & service, Date & time, and Visit & review. Its summary stays beside the form on a wide screen; on a small screen, expand View booking summary or read the final review. Changing a vehicle, branch or service clears dependent choices. A booking request needs workshop confirmation. Follow the booking tutorial for availability, editing and recovery steps.
Review public registration requests
Tenant Admins, Branch Managers, and Service Advisors with registration-review access use Registrations to find requests for their branches by applicant, contact or plate. Filter by review status, then open a request to check the applicant’s contact details, vehicle, terms and consent choices. The displayed count covers the requests currently shown.
Approval and rejection are separate confirmed actions. Approval gives the customer access to their account and vehicle at the workshop. Rejection does not grant access. If a request changed, refresh to check the saved decision. If it matches an existing customer, check that account with the customer or ask a Tenant Admin for help before changing sign-in details.
Review a previous visit and give feedback
Open History, or a vehicle’s history from Garage, and choose View visit details on a service card. The visit shows its progress and available inspection reports, estimates and invoices. A document that could not load does not remove the visit itself.
A delivered visit offers Give feedback when the workshop has an available feedback request. The same feedback request can also be opened from Notifications. Both lead to the existing rating and comment form; submitting from one completes the request for both. If the action is no longer available, refresh the history or ask the workshop. Feedback stays private to the workshop.
Once Feedback received appears, your response is complete. An already-completed link does not offer another submission or connection retry. Reloading a cleaned link may show it as unavailable; this does not undo feedback you already submitted.
