Support and Contact
Use the support path that matches the problem.
The Motornauts public Home, About, and Contact pages are the platform-level starting points. Home links to Contact and staff sign-in; About records the current operator and pilot-stage company status; Contact accepts general, quotation, and privacy/legal inquiries. The service-center public page and customer login remain tenant-specific paths.
| Problem | First check | Escalate to |
|---|---|---|
| Login or role access | Role assignment, tenant membership, customer OTP session, and browser session state | Tenant Admin or support contact |
| Booking, vehicle, or repair-order question | Tenant staff workspace and customer portal state | Service Advisor or Branch Manager |
| Payment or invoice issue | Payment status, invoice state, payment request expiry, and provider readiness | Cashier, Service Advisor, or Branch Manager |
| Inventory mismatch | Movement history, stock baseline, issue/return records, and adjustment reason | Inventory Manager |
| Privacy or data request | Public Motornauts form or the tenant-routed public form supplied by the service center | Published Motornauts email or the service center’s privacy contact |
Do not send OTPs, card data, private document links, provider payloads, or secrets through support forms.
The Contact form requires bot verification before it sends. If verification is unavailable, use the published Motornauts email instead. A failed submission deliberately shows only general retry guidance: do not ask support for backend messages, HTTP status codes, receipt or request IDs, Turnstile tokens, or provider evidence. A success confirmation means the inquiry was received; it does not promise a quotation, onboarding date, service level, or tenant activation.
Privacy-request forms also require bot verification. They offer access, correction, restriction, erasure assessment, consent/objection, notice/question, support, account-security, incident-intake, and other-privacy request types. If verification is unavailable or the fixed Request not sent message remains, use the published email link without sending secrets or full documents. The form does not expose a request ID, backend message, provider evidence, tenant identity, legal outcome, or response deadline.
