Product Overview
Motornauts is not only a booking tool. It is the operating layer between a vehicle owner and a service center, covering customer intake, vehicle records, appointments, repair orders, technician work, approvals, billing, delivery, service history, and feedback.
See one service visit
The Motornauts homepage follows a sample vehicle through Arrive, Approve, Service, and Collect. Scroll normally or choose a chapter to see a job card, customer approval, assigned work, and handover. Skip walkthrough takes you to the front desk, technician, customer, and owner views.
These are labeled synthetic illustrations. On supported desktop devices, the car moves through the workshop as you scroll. Two illustrated mechanics work beside the raised car during service; Pause mechanics stops their activity without stopping chapter navigation. After service, the car reverses out of the bay, pauses, then follows the marked track forward to handover. Phones, reduced-motion settings and devices that cannot run the animation use still scenes with the same readable panels and chapter links. Billing depends on the workshop’s enabled features. To discuss your workshop, choose Talk to us on the homepage.

Operating principle
Tenant configuration should change behavior. Tenant-specific code should not. The same SaaS product supports different workshops through branding, branches, staff, services, modules, workflow settings, provider readiness, customer portal settings, and custom domains.
Trust layer
Motornauts protects the service workflow through tenant isolation, backend permissions, feature entitlements, module readiness, audit logs, private document/media access, safe payment handling, and customer-safe views.
