Tenant Admin
New to this role? Follow the first-day checklist.
Use the labeled sidebar to find your permitted work areas, grouped by task. On a smaller screen, open the navigation menu in the header to reach the same destinations. The current page stays highlighted; the tenant and branch scope still determine which records and actions you can use. Choose Account in the header for appearance controls and Log out. Daily workshop tasks come first; Management holds reporting and feedback, and Administration holds setup. Only the groups and destinations your role can use are shown.
Tenant Admins configure how a service center uses Motornauts.
Use Today’s work for the all-branch view or select one branch. Its compact summary links open matching appointments and jobs. Start with Approval & parts review, search by plate/reference, choose a stage, and page through the complete queue. The optional board shows short stage previews with View all links. Active jobs includes unfinished carry-over and ready-for-pickup work. Check the manual update time and choose Refresh before coordinating a handoff. A failed summary or queue is unavailable evidence, not zero work; follow access guidance if protected content clears.
Use Appointments to review Today, Upcoming, Past unresolved, or History, with server search and pagination. Calendar shows matching monthly counts and a selected-day agenda, not capacity. Check in a walk-in starts a search-first intake and review before creating its appointment. The workspace reflects the same server-authorized branch scope as the dashboard. Confirmation, rescheduling, cancellation, no-show, check-in, and manager override remain separate capabilities even for a Tenant Admin.
Search Repair orders by plate or reference, choose a queue and branch, then page through all matches. A task link opens the relevant section and the Back link retains the queue filters. When you open a repair order, confirm the plate-first header before using Overview, Work & estimates, Billing & handoff, Timeline, or Documents. Review current estimate decisions before creating a revision. A section may be safely unavailable while the repair-order identity remains visible; retry the affected section instead of treating it as an empty business record.
Customers and Vehicles provide separate 360 workspaces. Search customers by name, phone, or email, then use the plate links on the customer record to verify ownership context. In Vehicles, find an existing owner before creating a record, and treat profile, access, vehicle editing, verification, and document actions as independent permissions even with tenant-wide branch coverage.
In Reports, use the authorized all-branch or selected-branch scope and an inclusive UTC date range. Revenue, operational, SMS, and payment-outcome sections load independently, so treat a local error as unavailable evidence rather than a zero. Review the visible data table or permission-filtered CSV for exact values, and never combine totals across different currencies.
In Feedback, review private ratings across the authorized all-branch or selected-branch scope. The metrics cover the complete filter scope while comments are paginated, so use Showing N of total and the rating data table before interpreting the result. This workspace cannot publish reviews or start follow-up; Repair Order links still require their separate permission.
In Compliance requests, use the server-filtered queue to review tenant-scoped privacy cases. Summary counts cover the complete filter scope while the case table is paginated. Open a case to review only the evidence groups allowed by your granular fulfillment, export, decision, and retention read permissions. Internal targets are planning aids, collection truncation is explicit, and missing evidence is never proof of legal approval, provider deletion, or backup purge. Actions are shaped by the case state and server capabilities; the tenant workspace supports coordination and draft evidence work but never destructive retention execution. Branch Managers and Service Advisors do not receive this workspace.
