Module Readiness
A feature’s status tells you whether you can use it. Your role, branch and the record’s current state still determine which actions are available.
Read the status
| State | What to do |

| Not enabled | Ask the service center administrator to check the enabled features. |
| Setup incomplete | Complete the required setup shown for that feature. |
| Provider not ready | Check the provider configuration before trying the affected action. |
| Enabled | Open the feature; each action still checks your access and current workflow. |
| Unavailable | Refresh once and ask your administrator for help if the problem remains. |
Review reminders are separate
A provider or privacy review reminder does not automatically turn off an enabled feature. Keep the reminder assigned to the appropriate owner. Completing a review is also not a substitute for credentials, working storage, permission or correct setup.
Fleet accounts and driver assignments are onboarding work. Missing accounts can show an empty workspace; they are not a reason to grant a user broader access.
Online payments
Enabling PayHere online payments opens its setup area. Checkout still needs the selected Test or Live configuration, current credentials and explicit checkout activation. Changing credentials turns checkout off until the new setup is checked and enabled. Follow Set up online payments. Browser return from a provider page is not proof of payment success.
PDFs and registration
PDFs can use the default layouts. Private storage must work before a generated file is available. A failed generation can be retried through the supported action.
Public customer registration needs the service center’s registration settings and bot verification. An unavailable registration form does not mean an account was created.
Inspection videos
Tenant Admins can save upload preferences and limits without approving themselves. Video uploads remain unavailable because the current application has no working safety-processing pipeline. Use photos or documents. Saved settings and completed reviews cannot supply that missing processing.
